Post Implementation Review |

3TI staff members have years of experience in implementing and managing information technology projects. 3TI uses this experience to conduct Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) or Technical Assessments. The primary objective of a PIR is to focus on how successfully a system, process, or program has achieved the expectations set out for it. Managers can use this information in complying with the requirements of the General Services Administration (GSA) Capital Planning and Investment Guide, February 2002. 3TI's approach to PIR projects include analyzing the business and technical environment, including processes, procedures, and information; surveying users; analyzing findings; and generating a Post Implementation Review Report that includes improvement opportunities and recommendations on approaches to implement the findings. 3TI is prepared to support our customers who wish to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their own information technology projects. |
