  Program Management can be viewed as a feedback control system using monitoring, evaluating, and reporting to control the outcome of multiple projects within a program. Through careful organization, coordination, and supervision of all project elements and requirements, the program's mission is kept on schedule and on track.

  Our program management lifecycle processes are in line with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and Project Management Institute (PMI). These standards are as follows:
 
Planning processes. Recognizing when a project or phase of a project should begin and committing to do so and devising and maintaining a workable method of accomplishing the business need for which the project was undertaken.
Activation processes. Coordinating staff and other resources to carry out the plan.
Controlling processes. Ensuring that project objectives are met by monitoring and measuring progress and taking corrective action when necessary.
Closing processes. Formalizing acceptance of the project or phase and bringing it to an orderly end.
